Nature of our services

Astrological consultation is offered for spiritual reflection and personal guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you take after a consultation remain your own.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after we manually verify your payment and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Payments

Payments are made by UPI to the account shown on the payment page. Please enter the correct transaction reference and upload a clear screenshot; incomplete or unreadable proof may delay verification.

Rescheduling and cancellation

To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your slot and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cancel or cannot honour a confirmed slot, your payment is refunded in full.

Conduct during consultation

We ask for respectful conduct during every session. We reserve the right to end a consultation where this is not observed.

Accuracy of information

The quality of any reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. Please verify your date, time and place of birth before your appointment.
